AHMED SHIRINZOY SENTENCED TO 14 YEARS FOR RAPE IN HAYES
In a case that has shocked the community of Hayes, a man identified as Ahmed Shirinzoy has been handed a significant prison sentence after being convicted of heinous crimes involving a young girl.The incident took place on May 29, when Shirinzoy, who was at the time without a fixed address, targeted a 12-year-old girl in her own home.
According to court reports, he approached her under false pretenses, engaging her with a pretext that initially seemed innocent but quickly turned sinister.
Shirinzoy then made unwanted advances towards the young girl, which escalated into a violent assault.
The court heard that during the attack, he punched her multiple times before raping her.
Despite her trauma, the girl managed to escape from her attacker and promptly raised the alarm, alerting authorities to the assault.
Her bravery in reporting the incident and providing evidence was commended by law enforcement officials.
Following the attack, Shirinzoy was swiftly apprehended by police officers.
He was taken into custody shortly after the incident and subsequently faced a thorough investigation.
During police interviews, Shirinzoy denied the allegations, claiming that a friend had given him a drink laced with a substance that caused him to forget the events.

After a detailed trial at Isleworth Crown Court, Shirinzoy was found guilty of two counts of raping a child.
The court sentenced him to 14 years in prison on Monday, November 26.
