DUNDEE MAN REMANDED OVER ALLEGED ATTEMPTED RAPE IN CITY PARK
A man accused of a sexually-motivated attack in a Dundee park has been remanded in custody.Ahmad Al-Hariri, 35, appeared from custody at Dundee Sheriff Court on allegations of assault with intent to rape.
The prosecutor described how he allegedly grabbed the woman, struggled with her, and tried to remove her lower clothing before holding her on the ground.
Al-Hariri made no plea, and was committed for further examination.
He was remanded in custody meantime.
