ADAM PICKERING FROM HONEYBOURNE FACES JAIL AFTER SEX CRIME INVOLVING 13-YEAR-OLD GIRL NEAR EVESHAM

In a case that has sent shockwaves through the local community of Honeybourne and the surrounding areas near Evesham, Adam Pickering, a 24-year-old man from Stratford Road, Honeybourne, was brought before Worcester Crown Court to face serious allegations related to a sexual offense involving a minor.

Pickering had pleaded guilty to charges of inciting a 13-year-old girl to engage in sexual activity during the months of June and July in 2011. The court proceedings revealed that the prosecution's case heavily relied on digital evidence, specifically messages exchanged via Facebook, which played a crucial role in establishing the defendant’s guilt.

During the hearing, Judge Abbas Mithani issued a stern warning to Pickering, indicating that he was likely to face a significant custodial sentence.
