SALENDINE NOOK MAN GIVEN COMMUNITY ORDER FOR EXTREME PORNOGRAPHY AND INDECENT IMAGES
A web developer from Huddersfield has been given a community order after he was found to have extreme pornography at his home.Police also found one indecent image of two naked girls aged 13 to 15 when they seized computer equipment from Adam Bell.
Alisha Kaye prosecuting told Leeds Crown Court yesterday the offences came to light after a young girl outside his home saw him performing a sex act at his window.
The police were notified and they visited his home taking the computer equipment.
In addition to the child image they found the extreme pornography videos involving women and dogs.
The court was told Bell was cautioned by police in 2005 for indecent exposure.
Bell, 29, of Hubert Street, Salendine Nook, admitted one offence of making an indecent image and two of extreme pornography.
Imposing a three-year community order with supervision and a high-level activity requirement, Judge Christopher Batty told Bell’s counsel: “He needs help.” He told Bell: “There is a great deal of shame brought into your life by virtue of these offences and in particular the way these offences came to light, which is the second time you have behaved in this way.” “You are an intelligent, articulate man so I am told and your parents have written a letter to me that I suspect they never envisaged they would have to write and it is clear just how devastated you are at what you have done.” He said others suffered to provide the images involved and the probation service would work with him to prevent any reoccurrence.
“I hope this is the last time you are in court and the last time your parents have to go through this.” Bell was told to register as a sex offender with the police for five years and was disqualified from working with children.
