Achalkumar Pandya, age 36 and living on Burley Road in Leeds, was sentenced to three years in prison after admitting to charges related to online sexual communications with a minor and attempting to engage a young girl in sexual activity.
The court was told that Pandya, who communicated with an underage girl online and expressed interest in arranging a sexual meeting, was eventually deceived into meeting a woman, which resulted in his arrest.
