LIVERPOOL PAEDOPHILE COUPLE JAILED FOR HORRIFIC CHILD ABUSE
Michael Miszczak, aged 54, from Newton-le-Willows in Merseyside, and his former wife Sandra Jones, aged 52, have been convicted of a horrific campaign of child abuse and sexual violence against two young girls, starting when the victims were just eight years old.They subjected the victims to beatings, torture, and repeated sexual assault.
Prosecution details reveal that Jones punched one of the girls in the groin while Miszczak raped her, and Miszczak would punish the girls by making them eat their own vomit after they vomited from abuse or fear.
The abuse tactics included forcing the girls to strip and fight each other prior to sexual assault, and drinking alcohol and watching pornography to normalize his attacks.
Liverpool Crown Court heard that the victims, now grown women, testified that they were 'brainwashed,' raped, and beaten at the house in Newton-Le-Willows by Miszczak and Jones.
One incident involved Jones punching a girl as her then-husband violently raped her, and Miszczak repeatedly raped one of the girls over several years, sometimes giving her alcohol.
The court listened to heartbreaking accounts of abuse, including being struck with a metal pole, being punched, and being made to eat vomit.
The defense argued that the victims were fantasists, but the jury dismissed these claims, accepting the victims' testimonies.
Miszczak was sentenced to 25 years in prison, with at least 17 years to be served before parole consideration.
Sandra Jones was sentenced to 14 years, with an additional year on licence.
The judge described the crimes as 'wickedly cruel, chillingly heartless and utterly inhuman,' and the court found both offenders guilty of multiple charges including child rape, indecent assault, and child cruelty.
