MAN CHARGED AFTER DOG-WALKING ASSAULT

Update 22/06/2026: Tyler Evans, 25, of Glyn Avenue, Colwyn Bay, grabbed a lone woman as she walked her dog on 6 October last year.

His genitals were exposed during the incident.

Evans was arrested two days later during a plain clothes operation in the area following the offence.

He was subsequently charged with sexual assault and exposure.

He denied both offences, but he was convicted on both counts at Mold Crown Court in May.

Evans appeared before Mold Crown Court for sentencing today, 22 June, where he was jailed for three years and two months.

He must also register as a sex offender indefinitely.
