TIMOTHY MICHAEL ANDREW WALLACE FROM LYBSTER CAITHNESS JAILED FOR SEXUAL ASSAULTS
In a recent development that has sent shockwaves through the community, Timothy Michael Andrew Wallace, who is now believed to be residing in Lybster, Caithness, has been convicted and sentenced for a series of serious sexual offenses.The case, which garnered significant attention, involved disturbing allegations of sexual assault against a young girl spanning nearly two years.
According to reports from Sussex Police, Wallace, aged 46 and unemployed, formerly of South Holmes Road, Horsham, was found guilty at Lewes Crown Court on Friday, December 21.
The court heard that Wallace committed five separate charges of sexual assault by touching, with these incidents occurring between May 2010 and January 2012.
The severity of the case and the nature of the offenses prompted the court to impose a substantial sentence.
Wallace was sentenced to serve eight years in prison.
Additionally, he will be required to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life, a measure designed to monitor and prevent any potential future offenses.

She stated, “Wallace preyed on the girl over a period of time and caused her severe emotional trauma, added to by the fact that she had to give evidence against him in court due to his not guilty plea.” Despite the emotional toll, the young victim demonstrated remarkable strength and resilience.
Detective Flude praised her courage, saying, “She was an excellent witness and helped ensure justice was served.” The police and court proceedings aimed to support her throughout the process, recognizing the difficulty of giving evidence in such sensitive cases.
