Now, Ormsby, who was the unborn child's father, has been jailed for four months for his 'vile' actions.The defendant had earlier pleaded guilty to disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress at Hull Magistrates' Court in East Yorkshire.
The judge described his actions as vile and disgusting, emphasizing the seriousness of the offence.
He was also handed a restraining order banning him from contacting his victim in any way.
The reasons for posting the video online were not disclosed in court, but it was suggested that he clearly wanted to cause her great pain.
Ormsby, from Scunthorpe, North East Lincolnshire, was prosecuting under a new law aimed at protecting victims of 'revenge porn'.
The legislation was introduced in April 2015 under the Criminal Justice and Courts Act to address the issue of partners or ex-partners posting explicit images of victims on social media.
