DUNDEE MAN CHARGED WITH VOYEURISM AND HARASSMENT TO STAND TRIAL
A trial has been set for Thomas Gracie, who is accused of multiple offences including recording two former partners while they slept in their underwear.Court documents allege that Gracie, of Maitland Drive, Cupar, committed acts of voyeurism by recording the first woman on various occasions between December 1, 2010, and December 31, 2014, at an address in the town, and similarly against a second woman between January 1, 2017, and March 11, 2020, at addresses in Pitlessie, Glenrothes, and Cupar.
He is also accused of repeatedly harassing the second woman with texts, cycling past her home, leaving unwanted items on her doorstep, attending her home unannounced, and attempting to enter her residence.
Additionally, Gracie allegedly sent her emails demanding contact and instructed a man to keep an eye on her, even offering to pay for information about her.
He is also accused of breaching bail conditions on July 6, 2020, by contacting her.
Gracie pled not guilty to these charges when he appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court, and a trial has been scheduled for November.
He remains released on bail pending trial.
