EAST DEVON PLUMBER THOMAS GOODING ADMITS TO MAKING INDECENT CHILD IMAGES
In March 2014, an East Devon-based plumber named Thomas Gooding admitted to eight charges related to producing indecent images of a child.
Gooding, who resides at Tumbleweed in Musbury, pleaded guilty to all counts accusing him of creating indecent images between May 2011 and May 2013.
During the proceedings at Exeter Magistrates Court, prosecutor Lyndsey Baker revealed that the 57-year-old has a preference for adult pornography and sexualised imagery.
It was established that Gooding, who has no prior criminal record, had created a total of 124 images depicting children aged five to seven, involving varying degrees of seriousness.
He was granted bail and is scheduled to return to court next week for sentencing, pending the completion of a report.
His lawyer, Jeremy Wickham, confirmed that Gooding made full and honest admissions to police and took responsibility for his actions from the outset.
