Perth Child Sexual Abuser
Stewart Bloice, of Fairies Road, Perth previously relocated from Norfolk, England to Perth, Scotland has been granted bail after appearing at Perth Sheriff Court charged with a series of serious offences, including assault and multiple sexual offences.

The alleged incident took place on 23rd January 2025 at a property on Pullar Terrace in Perth. According to court documents, the man is accused of committing an assault as well as offences under Sections 3 and 9(1)(2) of the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009.

Section 3 of the Act refers to sexual assault, which typically involves physical sexual contact without consent, including non-consensual touching. Section 9(1)(2) concerns sexual activity with a child under 16, even where the child may appear to give consent—such consent is not legally valid under Scottish law.

Bloice has recently emerged in videos circulating social media after admitting to further sexual offences on the social media app TikTok as well as historical charges from Norfolk of assault by means of kicking against a pregnant female which resulted in the female falling to the ground and pain in her abdomen.

During the bail hearing, the court imposed strict conditions to protect the public and ensure the accused’s compliance with the justice process. He must attend all future court hearings, avoid committing any further offences, and must not interfere with witnesses or contact a named individual connected to the case.

Additionally, the accused is strictly prohibited from entering Pullar Terrace in Perth while on bail.

The court confirmed that these conditions were accepted and authorised the man’s release. The case is ongoing and further hearings are expected in the coming months.
