STEVEN TRUSLOVE FROM BONCATH NEAR CARDIGAN JAILED FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE IN SWANSEA

In a case that has shocked the local community, Steven Truslove, a 38-year-old man from Boncath, near Cardigan, has been sentenced to five years in prison after being found guilty of sexually abusing three children. The crimes took place over a period during which Truslove subjected his young victims to disturbing and humiliating acts, involving the forced wearing of wellington boots, rubber gloves, and a pink apron during the assaults.

Truslove's trial at Swansea Crown Court revealed the disturbing details of his offenses. The jury heard that he indecently assaulted two girls and a boy, with the court ultimately acquitting him of a single charge of rape. The prosecution, led by Geraint Walters, presented evidence indicating that the abuse began when one of the girls was as young as three years old, highlighting the severity and long-term impact of the crimes.
