A man identified as Steven Norris, hailing from Southend, has been found guilty of a series of serious sexual offences that have shocked the local community. Norris, who has a prior criminal record, faced multiple charges related to indecent assault on a child under the age of 13, as well as other sexual misconduct involving a young girl.
