REDDITCH MAN GUILTY OF VOYEURISM AND CHILD SEX OFFENCES

A judge at Worcester Crown Court has convicted a man from Redditch of voyeurism and sexual crimes involving a minor.

Steven Liles, residing on Weatheroak Close in Redditch, faced charges of sexual misconduct during a court session this week.

Although he maintained his innocence, the jury reached a majority decision, convicting him on three counts of voyeurism.

In addition, the court found him guilty by a majority of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13, and engaging in sexual activity with a minor.

Following the verdict, Liles was granted bail and is scheduled for sentencing on Friday, June 26.
