Kelty Domestic Abuser
A 28-year-old man from Kelty has appeared in court charged with endangering his partner's life by driving a vehicle at her at excessive speed. Stephen Yeoman stood before Sheriff Charles Macnair in a private hearing. It is alleged that on June 24 at Keltyhill Road, he assaulted Emma Cunningham, his then-partner. The charge states that he drove a motor vehicle towards her at high speed, causing her to take evasive action to avoid being struck. It is further alleged that he collided with a fence, which struck her, causing injury and putting her life in danger. Yeoman did not enter a plea and was fully committed for trial, with bail being refused.
