Update believed to be working for ASPIRE cleaning buses at stagecoach and Living in Methven.A disturbing case involving a Perth resident has come to light, highlighting serious allegations of child sexual assault and violent behavior.
Stephen Butler, a 27-year-old who operates under the name SGB Valeting Services as a self-employed car valeter, was initially detained by authorities following a shocking report from a young child.
The child disclosed that Butler had made an inappropriate request, asking her to lick his penis, which prompted police intervention.
However, despite the gravity of the accusation, the Procurator Fiscal ultimately decided not to proceed with charges due to insufficient evidence, leaving the case unresolved and another child's allegations unsubstantiated.
In addition to the child abuse allegations, Butler is also involved in a separate incident that took place in Perth’s North Inch park.
On May 21, witnesses reported seeing Butler pursuing his former partner in the park.
According to accounts, he chased her, shouted at her, and engaged in a physical struggle before forcibly grabbing her mobile phone.
This aggressive behavior has raised concerns about his conduct and prompted further legal proceedings.
Stephen George Butler, who resides on Crieff Road, is scheduled to appear at Perth Sheriff Court for a trial set for July 17.
An earlier preliminary hearing was arranged for June 29 to address the charges and prepare for the upcoming trial.
The case continues to attract attention due to the serious nature of the allegations and the ongoing legal process.
