BROMLEY INTERNET PAEDOPHILE SHAUN TAYLOR-THOMPSON IN COURT
A Bromley paedophile named Shaun Taylor-Thompson, aged 32, has been involved in child sexual abuse and indecent images of children.
Last year, he was sentenced to a 20-month suspended sentence after a raid on his home revealed 19,000 indecent images and videos of children, including disturbing footage of children as young as 18 months being abused.
During sentencing, his barrister explained that Taylor-Thompson viewed the images out of curiosity and was in a risky, curious phase of his life.
Judge Rosina Cottage KC acknowledged the severity of his actions but decided on a suspended sentence to prevent him from reoffending, ordering him to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and participate in an online sex offending program.
Despite this, within months, Taylor-Thompson was caught again, pleading guilty to possessing an additional 500 indecent images and videos depicting sexual acts with a dog.
He also breached a Sexual Harm Prevention Order by deleting internet history, possessing multiple unregistered devices, and using a VPN.
He was remanded in custody and will face further sentencing at Inner London Crown Court.
