SHAUN BURROWS FROM FALKIRK SENTENCED TO TWO YEARS FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES INVOLVING A 13-YEAR-OLD

A man from Falkirk, Shaun Burrows, has been sentenced to two years in prison for a series of sexual assaults on a 13-year-old girl in 2012. The offenses included kissing and touching the young girl, and the court was also informed that he sent her sexual messages. The sentencing followed a police investigation, during which the court recognized the impact of the trauma experienced by the victim. In addition to the prison term, Burrows will be listed on the sex offenders’ register for ten years.
