MAN ORDERED TO BE OF GOOD BEHAVIOUR AFTER DOMESTIC BUST-UP
A MAN who admitted a domestic bust-up with his partner has been ordered to be of good behaviour for the next 12 months.Sean Keene, 30, pleaded guilty to a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour at his home in Station Road, Stow, on December 16.
He admitted shouting and swearing, seizing a mobile phone from his partner and repeatedly striking a door within the property.
Sheriff Peter Paterson deferred sentence for 12 months for good behaviour but told Keene he would not be admonished at the end of that period.
The case will recall at Selkirk Sheriff Court on March 1.
