SCOTT HARRISON OF DARTFORD SENTENCED TO TWO YEARS AND EIGHT MONTHS FOR POSSESSING INDECENT IMAGES OF CHILDREN

A man has been sentenced to two years and eight months in prison after admitting to possessing indecent images of children. Scott Harrison, 40, formerly of Dartford, pleaded guilty to six charges related to indecent images and possession with intent to show them. His arrest followed reports of him distributing such images online, which led to the seizure of his computer equipment containing 56 images and one video. Forensic analysis subsequently revealed additional images and videos. Investigators emphasized the devastating impact of such abuse on children and highlighted the importance of thorough investigations into the distribution of illegal material.
