SARWAN SINGH SHOCKS WOLVERHAMPTON WITH SEXUAL OFFENCES IN BLAKENHALL AREA
A man identified as Sarwan Singh has been formally sentenced after admitting to multiple serious sexual offences.Singh, aged 30, appeared before Walsall Magistrates Court on January 20, where he pleaded guilty to three separate counts of sexually assaulting a woman.
In addition, he admitted to a charge of sexual assault involving a girl under the age of 13, specifically touching her inappropriately.
These disturbing incidents occurred within the Blakenhall district of Wolverhampton, a neighborhood that has recently been shaken by this troubling case.
The court proceedings revealed the details of Singh’s actions, which have caused significant concern among local residents and authorities alike.
Following his guilty plea, Singh was brought before Wolverhampton Crown Court for sentencing.
On Wednesday, the court handed down a sentence that includes a 36-month community order.
As part of this order, Singh is mandated to participate in 55 days of rehabilitative programs aimed at addressing his behavior and preventing future offenses.
Additionally, he is required to complete 180 hours of unpaid community service, contributing to local initiatives and demonstrating accountability.
Furthermore, Singh has been placed on the sex offenders' register for a period of five years, ensuring ongoing monitoring of his activities.
To further safeguard the community, the court also imposed a five-year sexual harm prevention order, restricting Singh’s conduct and contact in ways deemed necessary to protect potential victims.
