BARNARD CASTLE CARER GUILTY OF VIOLENCE AND INTIMIDATION

Ryan Fuller was found guilty of instructing another male patient to lie on the floor to demonstrate a restraint, and then simulating an assault by pretending to perform an "elbow drop" wrestling move from a chair.

Additionally, he was convicted of "antagonising" a different male patient and encouraging him to fight.

The court sentenced Ryan Fuller to three months in prison on two counts, suspended for 15 months.

All four offenders, including Fuller, must also do unpaid work.

Judge Chris Smith sentenced the four carers at Teesside Crown Court on Friday.
