NEO-NAZI PAEDOPHILE JAILED FOR MESSAGING CHILDREN
A man with a criminal history involving child abuse and membership in a banned neo-Nazi terrorist group has received a prison sentence for having unsupervised contact with minors.Ryan Fleming, aged 30 and from Horsforth, Leeds, previously served as a regional coordinator for National Action, an organisation officially proscribed in 2016.
During a police raid at his residence in December, authorities discovered he was communicating with young teenagers via Instagram.
On the day of his trial, Fleming pleaded guilty to breaching a sexual harm prevention order and was subsequently sentenced to six months behind bars.
The presiding judge at Leeds Crown Court, Judge Mushtaq Khokar, acknowledged that Fleming was fully aware his actions violated legal restrictions.
Court proceedings revealed that Fleming used an anonymous social media account to send messages to minors and participated in a chat group with young members, where thousands of messages were exchanged.
A sexual harm prevention order, which restricts Fleming from having unsupervised contact with children, had previously been imposed in 2017 following his conviction for abusing a 14-year-old girl he met on Facebook.
His criminal record also includes a 2012 conviction for falsely imprisoning and sexually abusing a young boy.
Online, Fleming was known for promoting the violent Satanist group Order of Nine Angles and for quoting notorious murderer Ian Brady.
He served as the North East regional organiser for National Action, delivering speeches at rallies prior to its ban.
