In a disturbing series of events that have sent shockwaves through Wolverhampton, Roy Thomas, a man with a troubling criminal history, was found guilty of committing multiple heinous acts, including a highly inappropriate and illegal sexual act performed in broad daylight on a bus traveling into Wolverhampton city centre.
On January 18, 2022, at approximately 12:15 pm, Thomas was observed engaging in this disturbing behavior during a routine bus ride.
He sat beside a young woman, and for about five minutes, he fixated his gaze on her, staring intently through the reflection in the bus window.
