However, he was acquitted of three counts of indecent assault and one count of rape, indicating that the jury did not find sufficient evidence to convict on those charges.
During the trial, one of the victims bravely provided testimony, describing her experience with Summers. She recounted feeling paralyzed during the assault, saying, “I remember being like…I couldn’t move. It was like I was paralysed. I felt what he was doing but I couldn’t speak.”

Additionally, he received a 12-month extension, ensuring he remains incarcerated for a significant period to come.
