LINGWOOD MAN ACCUSED OF SEX MESSAGES TO SCHOOLGIRLS
A man is alleged to have continued sending sexual messages to young schoolgirls despite being arrested and released on bail.Norwich Magistrates’ Court was told he had been arrested in August 2024 over sexual chats with what he believed to be a 12-year-old girl.
He was released on police bail but was arrested again this month over further messages sent to online accounts.
Prosecutor Josephine Jones said the profiles were in fact undercover police officers.
Temple, who gave his address as Lingwood Hall on South Burlingham Road, Lingwood, faces seven charges including two of attempting to incite a child into sexual activity.
He is also accused of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child and three counts of making indecent images of children, including 20 category A, 17 category B, and 59 category C.
He did not enter pleas and was remanded until a hearing at Norwich Crown Court on August 26.
Investigations are continuing with further seized electronic devices still to be analysed.
