PHILIP HADLEY GROOMED AND SEXUALLY ASSAULTED STUDENT IN CORNWALL AND ST AUSTELL
A man identified as Philip Hadley, a former educator from Cornwall, has been handed a prison sentence of three years after being found guilty of serious sexual offenses involving a young student.
The incident took place during the early 1990s, a period when Hadley was actively involved in his teaching career.
Hadley, aged 49 and residing on Roslyn Close in St Austell, appeared before Truro Crown Court to face charges related to grooming and indecent assault.
He entered a guilty plea to three counts of indecent assault, which involved inappropriate and unwelcome sexual advances towards the victim.
