OWEN DAVIES FROM LLYSYFRAN ESCAPES JAIL AFTER CHILD INDECENT IMAGES CASE IN PEMBROKESHIRE

In a case that has drawn significant attention within Pembrokeshire, Owen Emyr Davies, a 27-year-old resident of Llysyfran, faced serious allegations related to the possession and creation of indecent images of children. The proceedings took place at Swansea Crown Court, where Davies appeared before the judiciary to answer to a total of 17 charges linked to these disturbing offenses.

During the initial hearing on Friday, August 30, Davies admitted to the charges, which encompassed a range of offenses involving indecent images. The court was informed that the images in question varied in severity, from level one, which is considered less serious, to level five, the most grave category. Additionally, a sexual offences prevention order was imposed for five years, restricting his activities and access to certain environments.
