NIGEL HOGG FROM CRIEFF PERTH AND KINROSS ADMITS TO STALKING WOMAN OVER SEVERAL MONTHS

A resident of Crieff, located in Perth and Kinross, has admitted to engaging in a prolonged and disturbing pattern of stalking against a woman, which spanned several months and caused her significant fear and distress. Nigel Hogg, aged 64, was involved in a series of unsettling actions that included secretly placing letters into the victim's handbag, leaving flowers in her garden, and attempting to gather personal information about her private life without her consent.

In addition to these invasive acts, Hogg falsely claimed to the woman that he was involved in a clandestine military operation, adding a layer of bizarre deception to his harassment. The incidents took place across various locations within Perth, Birnam, and Dunkeld, beginning on April 18 and continuing until July 5. These repeated acts of intrusion and intimidation underscore the seriousness of stalking behaviors and the profound impact they can have on victims.
