MAN ACCUSED OF THREATENING TO KILL FORMER PARTNER IN RAMSBOTTOM

A man named Neil Preston, aged 33 and residing in Rusholme, appeared before Bury magistrates accused of making threats to kill his former partner.

Preston pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The alleged threats were made against Rochelle Joanne Connor in Ramsbottom in July.

The case was adjourned until August 27, and Preston was granted conditional bail.
