According to court evidence, Duberry relentlessly bombarded his ex-girlfriend with an overwhelming volume of phone calls and messages.
The logs presented in court documented nearly 40 pages of communication, illustrating the extent of his persistent attempts to contact her.
These messages were not only intrusive but also abusive, with Duberry repeatedly accusing her of infidelity and branding her as a 'dirtbag.' In addition to the digital harassment, Duberry physically appeared outside her residence in the Black Country area, causing further alarm.
Witnesses testified that he was seen knocking on her door during the early hours of the morning, a clear attempt to intimidate or confront her directly.
