KEMNAY MAN JAILED FOR SECRET SPYING ON TEENAGE GIRLS WITH HIDDEN CAMERAS
Michael Mollins, 46, admitted to setting up two secret cameras in the bedrooms of teenage girls and secretly recording them.He was caught after one of the girls discovered a camera in her room, which led to the search and seizure of multiple devices containing hundreds of images and videos of the girls in states of undress.
Mollins pleaded guilty to charges of filming girls for sexual gratification and making indecent images of children.
Sheriff Ian Wallace sentenced Mollins to 15 months in prison, citing a significant breach of trust and harm caused to the victims.
Following the sentence, a close to the victims’ family described the punishment as "not enough for what [Mollins] has done and the pain he has put people through."
