MICHAEL INSCH FROM KINELLAR ESCAPES JAIL AFTER ABERDEEN COURT CRIME SCANDAL

Michael Insch, an engineer from Kinellar, found himself at the center of a serious legal case that unfolded earlier this year at Aberdeen Sheriff Court. The charges stemmed from his involvement in a disturbing online communication with what he believed was a 13-year-old girl. Insch was accused of sending an indecent video of himself to the decoy, a person he thought was a minor, which led to his arrest and subsequent court proceedings.

During the trial, the court heard that Insch had engaged in conversations with the decoy over a period of time, believing he was communicating with a young girl aged 13. However, Insch maintained that he was aware he was speaking to an adult and that any sexual arousal he experienced was not due to the decoy's age.
