Edinburgh Animal Abuser
An Edinburgh woman identified as Megan Leigh Nisbet of Kilminster is currently going viral after alarming WhatsApp voice notes were circulated in a private group, allegedly capturing the sound of her physically assaulting a family pet.
According to sources close to the incident, a group of family friends received a series of voice recordings on WhatsApp recently. Within the recordings, a distressed dog can be heard yelping in pain repeatedly as the voice of Megan is allegedly heard reprimanding and physically striking the animal.
Police Scotland are yet to make a statement or announce an investigation into the alleged leaked recordings.
Under the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 2006, individuals can face prosecution for causing unnecessary suffering to animals.
