MATTHEW WALTERS FROM KILKHAMPTON ESCAPES JAIL AFTER SHOCKING SHOWER VOYEURISM INCIDENT

In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Kilkhampton, Matthew Walters, a 37-year-old soldier, has been found guilty of secretly filming teenage girls in their bathroom using a miniature camera.
