MARTIN GRIFFITHS AND A PRIMARY SCHOOL IN MAIDSTONE UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR CHILD IMAGE OFFENSES

A head teacher at a primary school has confessed to producing more than 800 indecent images of children over a 15-year span. Tim Watson, aged 55, who formerly led Cliffe Woods Primary School, pleaded guilty to multiple charges at Maidstone Crown Court. These charges include some of the most serious, involving abuse and torture imagery. Watson stepped down from his role earlier this year, and he is currently awaiting sentencing scheduled for January. Meanwhile, the school continues to operate under interim leadership provided by the Williamson Trust as ongoing investigations proceed.
