In a disturbing incident that took place in Hele, Taunton, Mark Ribbons, born January 1981 and residing at Hele Manor Barns, was involved in a series of violent and reckless actions that led to his conviction in 2021.

According to court records, Ribbons, who has a documented history of violent behavior, was found guilty of causing unnecessary suffering to a dog during a drunken rampage. The incident involved him throwing the dog into a hedge, an act that drew significant concern from local residents and animal welfare advocates.
