MARK NOBLE FROM WHITFIELD FACES COURT AFTER DOG ATTACK IN DUNDEE
In a disturbing incident that took place in Dundee, Mark Noble, a resident of Whitfield, was brought before the court following an assault involving a young dog.Born on January 3, 1983, Noble was found guilty of throwing a child's bicycle at a dog, which resulted in injuries to the animal's head and body.
The incident occurred at his residence located at 10 Baxter Park Glebe, Dundee DD4 6PD.
According to court records, Noble admitted to attacking the dog, a one-year-old golden Labrador named Clover.
The attack was severe enough to warrant legal action, and Noble pleaded guilty to the charges.

She faced charges of attacking Clover as well, which included repeatedly striking the dog on the head and body, grabbing her by the collar, and kicking her multiple times.
However, Finnan entered a plea of not guilty, and her plea was accepted by the court.
The Crown did not find sufficient grounds to pursue her charges further.
The court's decision resulted in Noble being fined, but no further restrictions were placed on him regarding animal ownership.
