MARK COCHRANE GAINFORD MAN FINED FOR ILLEGAL SEX WITH 13-YEAR-OLD GIRL IN TEESSIDE
In a case that drew significant attention at Teesside Crown Court, Mark Cochrane, a 23-year-old man from Gainford, faced legal consequences for engaging in unlawful sexual activity with a minor.The incident, which took place in January 2003, involved Cochrane picking up a 13-year-old girl in his vehicle, leading to charges of illegal sexual conduct.
