CARLTON COLVILLE MAN MARCIN JABLONSKI SENTENCED AT COURT
A violent Suffolk man who pulled out some of his partner’s hair and threw her out of their caravan during a row has been given a suspended prison sentence at court.Ipswich Crown Court heard on Monday that Jablonski, 43, of Mutfordwood Lane in Carlton Colville, admitted assault causing actual bodily harm and three offences of assault by beating.
The court was told he had also slapped the woman across the face and kicked her in the shin while wearing his work boots.
He was sentenced to a 14 month prison sentence suspended for 24 months, along with a 90-day alcohol abstinence monitoring programme, a 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement, and was ordered to do 150 hours of unpaid work.
Edward Renvoize, representing Jablonski, stated his client had a reliance on alcohol but was not addicted.
While acknowledging violence towards his partner, Jablonski claimed she was also violent towards him.
However, he admitted he acted in a far more aggressive and violent way than she had done.
