FLASHER EXPOSED HIMSELF TO BUSES IN BUNGAY AND DITCHINGHAM
A sex offender who repeatedly exposed himself to passengers on passing buses has been warned he could be sent back to jail.Benjamin, of Station Road in Ditchingham, pleaded guilty to three charges of committing an act of outraging public decency.
The charges relate to showing his genitals to passing buses in Ditchingham on March 8 and April 4 this year and in Bungay on February 25.
He also admitted three counts of indecent exposure in Bungay on March 10 and March 31 and at Ditchingham on March 7.
Benjamin's sentencing was adjourned until October 24 to allow the probation service to prepare a report on how his offending could be addressed.
Judge Bone said all options were open including him being sent back to prison.
The judge emphasized the importance of preventing future victims and noted that Benjamin's bail conditions include a night-time curfew from 8 pm to 6 am.
His previous offences in Thetford in 2022 and 2023 also involved indecent exposure, leading to an application for a sexual harm prevention order.
