MAN ACCUSED OF TEENAGE RAPE SENT TO CROWN COURT
A man accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Totnes has been committed to the Crown Court for trial.Lukasz Gaudyn, aged 41, appeared before Newton Abbot Magistrates' Court on June 18, facing charges related to the alleged rape of a young woman in Totnes during November 2024.
He was granted conditional bail and is scheduled to appear at Plymouth Crown Court on July 20, 2026.
Under the terms of his bail, Gaudyn is forbidden from making contact, whether directly or indirectly, with the complainant or any witnesses involved.
Additionally, he is barred from communicating with any minors under 18 unless the contact is supervised and pre-approved by social services.
