Paedophile Louis Feeney (75), from Coleraine, Co Derry, has previously been convicted of dozens of horrific sex offences including the rape of an eight-year-old girl on a daily basis for a month and sexual assaults on multiple other young children over decades starting in the 1960s.
His most recent convictions were in July when he was jailed for five years for sexually assaulting three young girls on multiple occasions in Donegal from 1993 to 2005.
Feeney has lived on both sides of the border.
He lived in a children’s home in Portrush, Co Antrim, after he was born but was later sent to a Christian Brothers’ home in Dublin before being adopted at a young age.
He has lived in various different locations over the years, primarily around Coleraine and surrounding areas, but has spent the past few years behind bars.
