LIAM PENFOLD FROM GARNANT FACES CHARGES FOR SEXUAL OFFENSES IN SWANSEA

Penfold, aged 22 and residing at Maes yr Hendre in Garnant, was accused of initiating contact with a 13-year-old boy through the social media platform Facebook. The allegations state that Penfold not only contacted the young boy but also persuaded him to perform sexual acts, which is a grave violation of trust and legal boundaries.

According to court proceedings, Liam Penfold admitted to several serious charges during a hearing at Swansea Crown Court. These included enticing the minor to participate in sexual activities with another individual and showing him an explicit image depicting a sexual act.
