LEWIS ANDERSON'S BRUTAL ATTACK IN CUPEAR: DRUNKEN RAMPAGE WITH WOOD LEAVES WOMAN INJURED
A violent assault that took place in Cupar, Fife, has left a woman severely injured after she was struck in the face with a piece of wood by Lewis Anderson, an 18-year-old man who later admitted to the crime. Anderson, who is currently detained at Polmont Prison, appeared in Dundee Sheriff Court to face charges related to the incident that occurred on the night of September 20.The court was informed that Kathryn Wheater, a 38-year-old ambulance technician, was walking home from a friend's house in Cupar’s Hill Crescent during the early hours when she encountered Anderson. Witnesses and police reports indicated that Anderson was seen in the vicinity of Hill Crescent shortly before the assault.
