INVERKEITHING MAN PUNCHED DOORS AND BROKE PARTNER’S PHONE IN VALLEYFIELD DISTURBANCE
A 24-year-old man caused a disturbance in High Valleyfield, destroying his partner’s phone and punching a door.
Leon Cuthbertson, of Spittalfield Road, Inverkeithing, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on 16th April 2022 at Leighton Street, High Valleyfield, he acted aggressively towards his partner, repeatedly shouted, swore, made offensive remarks, repeatedly punched doors within the property, seized her mobile phone and broke it in half and made threats of violence.
The court was told Cuthbertson is already on a structured deferred sentence imposed at Kirkcaldy.
Sheriff Wylie Robertson deferred sentencing until 3rd July.
