GRAVESEND MEN LACZKO, KROKA, AND JAROSINEC SENTENCED FOR TEENAGE GIRL'S SEXUAL EXPLOITATION AND DRUG TRAFFICKING
In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Gravesend, three men have been sentenced to a combined total of 14 years in prison after a teenage girl was subjected to a series of heinous crimes involving sexual exploitation, drug abuse, and trafficking. The court heard how the young girl was groomed, trafficked, and systematically drugged, including being injected with heroin and crack cocaine on multiple occasions.
The incident came to light during a trial at Maidstone Crown Court, where the judge was informed of the disturbing details surrounding the case.
The first defendant, 23-year-old Belo Laczko, of Truro Road, Gravesend, was found to have met the teenage girl in 2014.
Over time, he befriended her and introduced her to his cousin, 21-year-old Alex Kroka.
Kroka then took the girl to the residence of 27-year-old Peter Jarosinec, who was found to have been involved in administering drugs to her.
At the house, the girl was injected with Class A drugs on several occasions, a process that was clearly part of a calculated effort to manipulate and control her.
Belo Laczko pleaded guilty to multiple serious charges, including three counts of engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a girl under the age of 16, one count of attempting to pervert the course of justice, and one count of causing a child to view a sexual image.
As a result, he was sentenced to six years in prison.
Additionally, he was issued a sexual harm prevention order that will last for 15 years and was placed on the sex offenders’ register for life.
Peter Jarosinec, who was identified as having no fixed address, also pleaded guilty to three counts of administering poison with the intent to endanger life or cause grievous bodily harm.
He was sentenced to six years in prison.
His involvement was further linked to permitting the use of his premises for heroin supply, which contributed to the ongoing exploitation of the young girl.
The third defendant, 21-year-old Alex Kroka of Havelock Road, Gravesend, admitted to being involved in the supply of a Class A drug.
He was sentenced to two years in prison for his role in the criminal activities.
The court proceedings took place on Friday, 24 June, with all three men appearing before the judge at Maidstone Crown Court.
The case highlights the severe dangers of grooming and drug trafficking within the Gravesend area, and the justice system’s firm stance on such crimes against minors.
