According to her account, Robinson fixed her with a chilling, direct stare before opening his trench coat to reveal himself. She stated, “He was naked apart from a black lace bra. He was wearing a pink suspender belt,” and added that Robinson was also wearing a blonde wig at the time.
Another incident, which took place on September 6, involved Robinson leaping out in front of a 23-year-old woman on Church Road. She recounted that he was wearing a balaclava and grinned through it as he exposed himself. This act was part of the series of flashing offences that have now come to light.
