KEVIN GILLAN FROM LIVINGSTON CONVICTED OF ABUSING TWO UNDER-AGE GIRLS IN FOSTER CARE
A man residing in Livingston has been found guilty of abusing two under-age girls during their stay in foster care.Kevin Gillan, aged 24, was directly involved in the assault of one girl who was only nine years old, as well as another girl who was 14.
